Shipping policy

We ship throughout the Canadian territory.

Orders are prepared within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 1 to 4 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination address and the courier service.
During peak periods (sales, special campaigns, Christmas), delivery times may be affected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a notice or attempt to contact you to reschedule.
