Cancellation policy

Some of our products may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. Below, we explain how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions

When you place a subscription order, you will receive your products on a recurring basis, according to the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment method will be stored securely, and the corresponding charge will be applied for each shipment (unless you choose to pay in advance).

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

To cancel or modify your subscription, simply access the link included in your order confirmation email. From there, you can manage your subscription easily.

Pre-orders

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available or is currently being restocked.

In some cases, no charge will be made until the product is ready to ship; in others, a partial deposit may be charged, with the remaining balance collected later.

You may cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been prepared. If it is already being prepared, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our refund policy.
